Built by CTE educators, for CTSO advisors.

Buena Career Alliance exists because the people doing the hardest work in CTE deserve real support — not just appreciation posts.

Remove friction. Restore focus.

Buena Career Alliance was founded on a simple observation: CTE teachers and CTSO advisors are doing extraordinary work — and an extraordinary amount of other work that has nothing to do with teaching.

Fundraising logistics, competition registration, WBL documentation, compliance paperwork, travel planning — these tasks pile up until great educators burn out or step back from advising altogether.

Our mission is to reduce that invisible workload. We build practical tools, create simple workflows, and offer direct human support so advisors can reclaim their time and energy for what they actually signed up to do: develop career-ready students.

Our Values

  • Practical over perfect — tools that work in real classrooms
  • Accessible — affordable or free wherever possible
  • Human — real support from real educators
  • Honest — we tell you what we can and can't do
  • Student-centered — everything traces back to student outcomes
"I spent years as a CTE teacher watching incredible advisors walk away — not because they stopped caring about students, but because the system gave them no margin. Every form, every fundraiser, every competition trip was another stone in the pack. Buena Career Alliance is my attempt to take a few of those stones off the pile."
[Bill Conroy] President & Founder, Buena Career Alliance

What BCA Is (and Isn't)

Buena Career Alliance is not a government program, a union, or a school district vendor. We're an independent organization run by and for educators — designed to fill the gaps that no one else is filling.

We're early-stage, community-driven, and growing. If you see a need we're not meeting, tell us.
